Jason Langlois and September Oakley, owners of Packaging Express, have been in the business for over 10 years. Their first location in Southpoint Crossing opened in November 1998 and they converted a second location in Woodcroft Shopping Center in 2003. In November 2008 the two locations were consolidated into the Woodcroft location.
